Photograph
These faces of the people
You swear you want to keep,
May melt in fiery photographs,
the blood from them will seep.
But look upon those who remain,
The faces who still smile,
Still there is the cloud and rain,
Which will linger for a while.
But when the bond shines through,
Separating wind from rain,
The photographs will smile again
And scars replace the pain.
